There is a certificate included with the purchase of Santa's Christmas Elf, have your child fill it out and put it in the mail box or simply just put it on the fireplace. There is also an envelope included addressed to the North Pole
Does Santa's Christmas Elf come with dusting powder, how do we activate his Christmas Magic?
There is no need to sprinkle snow flakes or magic dust on the elves, Santa's Christmas Magic present is sewn onto the Elf's shirt with Santa's Magic thread. Once your child hugs Santa's Christmas Elf the Christmas Magic Present is activated.
What does Santa's Christmas Elf do at night?
With a little help from you, the possibilities are endless, Santa's Christmas Elves love to hide and create suprises for your child and sometimes makes little messes in the process. They sometimes leave messages for your children, bake in the kitchen, and at times leave a present with a gift card for your child. Nobody knows what Santa's Christmas Elf has in mind when the Christmas Magic Present is activated, at the end of the night they do tell Santa about how much fun they had with your child and how good the children have been. With children knowing this they tend to help mom and dad with chores, it also teaches them responsiblity and keeeps them on their best behavior throughout the Holiday Season.
When do Santa's Christmas Elves sleep?
Santa's Christmas Elves dont require alot of sleep, they take little naps when they finish their nightly adventures, usually that is where your child will find thier elf.
Is Santa's Christmas Elf named Peek-a-Boo?
No, Santa has elves who love to hide and create surprises, the Christmas Peek-a-Boo Elves. The Christmas Peek-a-Boo Elves are the elves Santa gave Christmas Magic Presents to so they can share with children, all the silly adventures they have at the North Pole. Santa's Christmas Elves can be named whatever your child would like, even if its just Peek-a-Boo.
How will my child know when Santa's Christmas Elf arrives?
Well, sometimes Santa's delivery elves will leave Santa's Christmas Elf on the front porch, sometimes you will hear the sleigh bells when the sleigh leaves, or Santa's Christmas Elf may just appear in your Christmas Tree waiting to be found, It all depends on ones creativity. Also, Santa's Christmas Magic Present can be left out for your child to see, this would let your child know that Santa's Christmas Peek-a-Boo Elf has arrived and has already began his/her magical adventures. The possiblities are endless.
What is we are unsatisfied with Santa's Christmas Elf?
That is very rare, your child will instantly become attached to their new friend. If that were to happen just email us at www.customerservice@santaschristmaself.com and let us know you are sending your elf back. Please include the packaging slip in the box and return it within 10 days. Shipping wont be refunded.
Do you have any suggestions for projects that my child and his/her elf can do?
The best suggestion we can offer, is to keep a camera handy and take alot of pictures of your child with their Elf and pictures of where the Elf was found and what he was doing, in the morning when your child awakes. Have your child create a story of Santa's Christmas Peek-a-Boo Elf's evening adventures in Santa's Magic Journal, by the time Christmas Day arrives, your child will have written a magical story full of the Christmas magic they shared with their Elf. This will be treasured for years to come.
How long will Santa's Christmas Elves stay?
Santa's Christmas Elf arrives around Thanksgiving time and usually leaves on Christmas Eve when Santa delivers the presents. Santa's Elf likes to wait for Santa next to Santa's Milk and Cookies (sometimes he will take bite into one of Santa's Cookies). The elves are also known for making surprise visits throughout the year on those special occasions too, this allows your child to know that Santa's Elf is thinking about them.
Is Santa's Christmas Elf sad when he has to leave?
Oh no, the Elf will miss their little friend, but is very excited to go back to the North Pole. Thats when all the Christmas Peek-a-Boo Elves visit with each other and share stories of the magical adventures they had, it gives them new ideas for the following year. Before Santa's Elf leaves, the Elf sometimes leaves a keepsake with a personalized gift card for his/her friend so they will have something special Christmas Morning.
